Pre-employment & Background Screening is an important part of mitigating risks during the recruitment process, but screening is also undertaken retrospectively.
The screening services we now offer are designed to protect your organisation by ensuring that all personnel are screened to the highest standards, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your security processes. Through our partnership with Agenda Screening Services we offer Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and BS7858 Screening checks alongside a range of other Screening Services.
What is BPSS & BS7858?
BPSS is the recognised standard for the pre-employment screening of individuals with access to government assets. BPSS is a legal requirement for all UK civil servants, members of the Armed Forces and any employees or contractors working with or for the Government and is a pre-requisite to National Security Vetting. BPSS is a reputable standard for pre-employment screening across many other industries as it provides assurance of an individual’s background.
BS7858 is a British Standard Institution (BSI) recommended screening standard for individuals who are to be employed in a security environment.

Screening Services – The Fine Print
There is a one-off company set up fee of £100 to use this service which will be billed alongside the first screening application.
All prices are subject to 20% VAT
Screening Checks are unlimited, and we can accommodate tailored screening packages to suit your company’s requirements, as well as a range of further screening checks not listed above.
