What is the SPACE SECURITY AND DEFENCE (sdc) COMMITTEE?
The Security and Defence Committee (SDC), runs alongside UKspace to maintain an overview of all defence and broader security interests affecting the sector, including funding and procurement matters. The committee has good working relations with MOD and relevant agencies. SDC also frequently has guest speakers as appropriate to keep members abreast of latest developments.
The Chair is governed by a Chair from UKspace membership and a Vice Chair from the ADS membership.
