Space Exports Group (SEG)
WHAT IS THE Space exports Group?
The Space Exports Group (SEG) has been created to provide strategic guidance to ADS and UKspace members who wish to export their products and solutions into export markets. This is to be achieved in partnership with the Department for Business and Trade, the UK Space Agency (UKSA), the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), UK Defence and Security Exports (UKDSE), relevant government bodies across the UK including but not limited to Invest Northern Ireland, Scottish Development International, Welsh government and other relevant government departments with a commitment to working collaboratively to grow the sector.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP?
The principal aims and objectives of the SEG is to identify accessible export markets and opportunities in the respective markets and to set up marketing activities in the form of UK International Space Showcases and UK national pavilions in relevant markets to prosecute opportunities identified.
