On Thursday 30 November, ADS Chief Executive Paul Everitt wrote to David Davis, Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, and Michel Barnier, European Chief Negotiator for Brexit.
The letter, published here, urges both parties to guarantee a transition period that maintains the status quo for businesses, and identifies four areas of concern where existing commitments to UK and European businesses should be honoured in full.
