SC21 Performance, Development & Quality (PDQ) SIG
WHAT IS THE SC21 PERFORMANCE, DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY (PDQ) SIG?
SC21 is an improvement programme designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace & defence industry and support the needs of the 21st Century.
The group acts to support the implementation of the SC21 programme at an Operations Level, in particular to undertake activities related to the maintenance of the SC21 Development, Performance, Quality and Relationship Excellence processes and to oversight and accreditate the supply chain development Practitioners and Providers.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP?
The group acts as the focal point for all Development, Performance, Quality and Relationship Excellence work under the 21st Century Supply Chain (SC21) programme.
It ensures that the performance, development, quality and collaboration guidelines for implementing supply chain performance improvement are successfully implemented across the supply chain.
The group activity includes the governance of toolkits such as Business Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Relationship Excellence, and ensures that Quality and Delivery Performance Indicators are valuable for Industry.
HOW DO I JOIN?
If you are interested to be part of the group, which meet 3 times a year, please send an email to Marika De Rosa - marika.derosa@adsgroup.org.uk with subject "Join PDQ SIG" + name of your company and reply at the following questions:

e.g. I am a Supplier Management Manager, and an EFQM accredited assessor, and work with our suppliers to improve the performance of supply base.
