Technical Composite Systems Ltd (TCS) is a forward thinking, dynamic company, offering a comprehensive manufacturing solution for high quality composite components. We specialise in the aerospace and defence sector but supply a diverse range of industries by combining our engineering experience and material expertise with a customer focused culture. Our modern, spacious facility, located in Southwest UK, provides flexible manufacturing solutions to meet the technical and commercial needs of our diverse portfolio of products. We provide full design support to our customers for both components and tooling suites, offering material selection and process options to meet commercial and technical requirements. Our production is flexible to cope with low volume prototype activities through to larger volume, long term programs.

Our Team of staff have a significant industrial and technical experience across all conventional (and some novel) materials and production processes. These include autoclave, Out of Autoclave, compression, RTM and resin infusion. We are actively involved in Local education outreach with our STEAM activities an also hold positions on industrial advisory panels/committees.
