ICONIC RF develops high performance GaN and GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) products for applications in Aerospace and Defence, Satellite, Telecommunications and Instrumentation. We are a fabless company with state-of-the-art modelling and design capabilities suited to developing high power amplifiers through mm-wave frequencies.  Our team has developed MMICs over many years using the best compound semiconductor fabs worldwide, and we have specific experience developing high performance GaN MMICs for high efficiency, linearity and reliability.  We have a range of standard discrete and MMIC products in bare die and package format, as well as developing bespoke amplifiers to customer requirements.  Products are delivered through Iconic RF parent company Microchip Inc, leading provider of smart, connected and secure embedded control solutions.
