FAC Technology is a London-based deep-tech company specialising in the research and development of advanced materials. FAC Technology is a Civil Aviation Authority certified Alternative Design Organisation (UK.AP1002).

Our strengths lie in extreme light weighting and fire-resistant composites, helping clients enhance performance by reducing weight and improving safety. One standout example is the integration of our Deep Air Carbon (DAC) materials into the world’s first composite air-cargo pallet. This innovation earned us the 2023 Composites UK Award for Innovation. DAC offers significant additional weight saving over traditional carbon laminates and currently finds application in both civil and military aviation. 

We’ve also pioneered advanced adhesives for a leading satellite manufacturer, offering best-in-class solutions for critical space applications. We provide expert design and consultancy services on advanced materials, a notable recent achievement includes a 70% weight reduction in a vital component developed for a top 10 global defence company.
