Element’s experience provides defence companies with smoother journeys when testing and qualifying their products for market – from initial test plan development, test preparation, actual testing, witnessing, to test reporting. Our recently launched Early Stage Qualification (ESQ®) service is based on the considerable experience our Engaged Experts have gained over 50 years from testing thousands of different products from across a diverse range of industry sectors. Element is both A2LA and UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and has one the of world’s largest capacities of defence related EMC and Environmental testing, with seven testing centres in the USA and UK.

Each year Element tests over 500 defence products in our UK and US laboratories. Over the past decade we have successfully written test plans and performed testing and certification for many major programmes, including F-22, F-35, A-400M, CH-53K, Challenger MBT, Mastiff and Husky.
