ATL is a leading design & manufacturer of small to medium magnetics and have been established as a family business in the sector for over 40 years. ATL Transformers occupies a modern factory close to the motorway network, employs a dedicated and skilled workforce and deploys a wealth of experience and the latest advances in materials technology to design, manufacture and test our products in accordance with industry standards and client specification requirements.

We are audited and approved to ISO 9001:2015 with BSI the British standards agency for our risk focused quality management system and are an RISQS qualified, audited and approved Link up supplier to the railways via Achilles.

Our primary expertise and heritage is in the field of Magnetics, Transformers, A.C Reactors, DC Choke’s, Air cored Inductors/reactors and specialist wound products. We have supplied products and design services to the transportation, mining, marine, military, aerospace, power generation, and machine building sectors for over four decades. ATL continues to work with, and alongside its customers and academic institutions to engineer innovative novel solutions, supporting the engineering and scientific communities in the advancement of magnetics.
