Since 1996, AME Group, has been a trusted partner for businesses; from lean startups to major blue-chip OEMs. Using award winning in-house engineering and design expertise to support the client throughout their product development program and transitioning into our manufacturing lines; housing 10+ advanced manufacturing machines and cutting-edge RIM and Vacuum Casting technologies.

We support all major industries, including aerospace and defence. Aside from the next generation of products, existing issues prove challenging. For example, legacy part manufacturing obsolescence, incumbent manufacturing technology isn’t commercially viable due to small volumes or onshoring due to supply chain management or digitising their inventories to avoid over stocking and working capital constraints. Furthermore, we have clients optimise existing designs to reduce weight and/or energy CO2 footprint to address the drive to net zero sustainability.  All these challenges which exist were all addressed through deploying our fundamental knowledge in engineering design enabling our clients to bring concepts or address issues with the end in mind.
