This week is Scottish Apprenticeship Week which showcases how apprenticeships are unlocking potential in people and businesses in Scotland.
Apprenticeships in Scotland support economic priorities and renewal, including Net Zero ambitions.
This year has seen the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards take place on Wednesday 8 March, and three ADS Scotland members were recognised in the large employer category of the awards.
To mark the week, ADS is showcasing and celebrating our ADS Scotland members and their commitment to apprenticeships and sharing some of the stories of the talented apprentices across Scotland.
In addition, as part of our work on the current and future skills shortages, ADS has published ten recommendations to address the skills and workforce shortages our members are currently facing.
Follow our content on Twitter, LinkedIn, and here on the ADS website.
