The UK will partner with Estonia on the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) programme to maintain NATO’s technological edge.
Commenting on the partnership, ADS Chief Executive Kevin Craven said:
“I am delighted to see the UK and Estonia partner to create the European HQ of NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic Programme (DIANA). ADS and industry have been a long supporter of having the headquarters in the UK.
“Both the UK and Estonia have world leading skills, capabilities, and innovation that are required to support the long-term success of DIANA while strengthening bilateral relationships across the transatlantic defence innovation community.
“I look forward to seeing the UK Defence sector and ADS members work alongside Government, Academia and Industry to support the delivery of the NATO 2030 mission and develop advanced NATO capabilities.”
