Reaction to the Land Industrial Strategy
Commenting on the Land Industrial Strategy, ADS Director - Defence, Caroline Donaghy said:
"The publication of the first ever Land Industrial Strategy (LIS) is an important step in ensuring our defence industry continues to deliver world-leading capabilities for our Armed Forces.
"Drawing upon the principles of the DSIS, the LIS ensures commitment to a longer-term vision and investment, linking innovation through to procurement, demonstrating support for British business and our strong industrial base across the United Kingdom, and enabling and allowing innovation to flourish.
"Swift implementation is crucial to delivering the vision of the LIS. ADS looks forward to supporting the implementation of the LIS through the Land Enterprise Working Group as well as through our members and wider industry, ensuring alignment between industry, Government and the Armed Forces."
