Reaction to the Government's 10-point plan for Aviation
Commenting on the Government's 10-point plan for Aviation, ADS Chief Executive, Kevin Craven said:
“The Government’s ten-point plan for aviation will help to make the UK a global-leader in aviation and aerospace, while focussing on the long-term sustainable recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
“With the return of Farnborough International Airshow in July, the coming months are a significant and a fantastic opportunity for the UK to showcase its ability to lead the coming green aerospace revolution while supporting hundreds and thousands of high value, high skill and high wage jobs.
“We are looking forward to publication of the final Jet Zero Strategy later this year, which will set out a path to achieving net zero aviation by 2050.”
