ADS Statement on Prime Minister Brexit Speech
Following Prime Minister Boris Johnson's speech this morning in Greenwich, ADS Chief Executive Paul Everitt said:
“Aviation is increasingly governed by international standards and regulatory frameworks. The harmonisation of global safety standards is protecting passengers and giving UK manufacturers access to international markets.
“Divergence in this complex area will add costs and increase complexity. I hope UK and EU negotiators recognise the value of the current regime and find the necessary compromises."
