The contract, which is part of a new distribution strategy, enhances Ancra’s global distribution of its aircraft speciality products including seat track components to specific OEMs and aftermarket companies.

Commenting on the new distribution agreement, Thibaut de Bouillane, STAG Group’s Commercial Director said: “The distribution contract with Ancra is part of our long term strategy to offer a full range of seat components and accessories to both the OEM and MRO markets. Our product range includes both in-house designed and manufactured components and distributed parts. These include light weight meal trays, high precision vacuum formed seat parts with optional customised tamper resistant printing, leather upholstery, fasteners, latches, slides, coat hangers, hinges, inserts, retainers, seat belts and the recent addition of restraint fittings.”

“We will be applying our supply chain expertise and cross Atlantic distribution network to ensure a short lead time delivery service.”

Ancra has built up a global reputation, over 40 years, in aircraft interior and cargo fittings including seat, panel, stanchion, galley and seat track and specialised fittings. STAG are particularly interested in Ancra’s range of products, specifically seat attachments, anchor plates and track. Robert Rossato, Sales & Marketing Director at Ancra states: “The final delivered product will promise operational criteria and will perform as desired in a variety of conditions and environments.”
