Shannon Hartnett-Blay and Toby Richardson have both recently completed their apprenticeships and now have full time jobs at Serco, Shannon in the company’s Defence business, where she is a Business Administrator and Toby in the Justice and Immigration business, where he is the social media officer.

Shannon was awarded a distinction in her level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, while Toby also gained a distinction in his level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship.

According to Baltic Training, who ran Toby’s Apprenticeship course, less than 20% apprentices achieve the grade of Distinction.

Local MP, Ranil Jayawardena said: “I was pleased to visit Serco and to learn more about the great work this successful British company is doing. I was particularly delighted to be able to personally congratulate local apprentices Shannon and Toby on their tremendous achievements and to present them with their certificates.”
