Security & Policing opens doors for Pickersgill-Kaye
Pickersgill-Kaye has reported brisk business following its participation in the Home Office's 2016 Security & Policing Exhibition in Farnborough, two months ago.
The Leeds based company, which designs and manufactures all its locks in the UK, recently posted a sales increase to £3.5million for 2015 and is confident of another successful year after generating many enquiries as a result of exhibiting at the security industries’ showcase event, which is by invite only and attracts defence and security experts from across the globe.
There was interest from home and overseas for its mechanical and electro-mechanical custodial, high security gate and multipoint locking products, including potential breakthroughs in new markets such as healthcare and shipping security. There was also a steady flow of door manufacturers, government departments and defence experts to the Pickersgill-Kaye stand.
In addition to exhibiting its renowned locking systems, Pickersgill-Kaye, part of ASSA ABLOY, also promoted its new installation and maintenance department. This value-added service, which provides comprehensive support for the company’s full product range through a fully trained and dedicated team, attracted a lot of interest from visitors, says ASSA ABLOY.
