Software and information services company tlmNEXUS has been recognised with a Queen's Award for its development of a range of innovative Defence-focused software services.

Through its ability to integrate data from a multitude of existing environments, its best-known software solution, Resolve, is able to present a single point of reference for those involved in managing equipment safety in the air environment.Previously, data relating to platform safety and system integrity was kept on numerous separate systems. Collating the required information to support airworthiness approval was complex, time-consuming, and had potential for errors.  Originally designed to help delivery teams manage the continuing airworthiness of the Typhoon aircraft platform, Resolve represents a significant step forward in the management of equipment safety and system integrity. The solution provides a framework for reporting and management of issues from the front-line to the factory and a secure, auditable trail of information.  Resolve is currently being developed to support the land and maritime environments, and opportunities are sought within organisations requiring a similar Issue Management system.  As well as Resolve, the company has developed effective software foundations which similarly link all stakeholders involved in other aspects of long-term projects.  These foundations cover Requirements Management, Through-Life Budgeting and Business Cases, and Mission Quality Feedback.
