Peli showcasing aerospace packaging solutions at FIA
Peli will be showcasing its advanced packaging solutions for the aerospace industry at the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) next month (11-17 July).
The latest solutions, Peli-Hardigg V-Series Rack Mount Cases – Plug & Play, will be presented alongside other Peli-Hardigg solution, which include more than 500 sizes, to accommodate and protect fragile equipment and valuable tools, anything from small electronic equipment to a complete Typhoon tail.
Its latest range, the Peli-Hardigg V-Series, are new rack mount cases, ideal for the storage and transportation of testing equipment in the aerospace industry, since they are made for quick plug and play use. This is a result of utilising a full-boxed 19” (482 mm) steel rack with an industry-standard square hole pattern. In addition, the cases are equipped with eight rubber shock mounts which isolates any sophisticated equipment inside the shell and protects against vibration.
Another innovation that will be on show is the Peli Air line of cases, which are up to 40% lighter than other protective cases. With the same durability as the classic Peli, these cases can be used for protecting electronic devices and other tools that are used during the repair or control of aircraft.
Also on show, the new TrekPak system (above) gives aerospace professionals the opportunity to divide the interior based on the shapes of their devices.
This range includes six different sizes, two with wheels and retractable handle.
