OCS receives UTC Aerospace Systems contract extension
Family owned total facilities management provider OCS, based in Crawley, Surrey, has been awarded a five-year (2+2+1), multi-service contract by UTC Aerospace Systems company, for its Goodrich Actuations Systems' Wolverhampton site.

OCS is now in its fifth generation of family ownership, with the business having been started in 1900 by Frederick William Goodliffe, operating as a sole trader under the name of The New Century Window and General Cleaning Company.
OCS has been working with Goodrich Actuation Systems Limited since 2011 to deliver facilities services at the company’s five UK sites.
The contract for the Wolverhampton site involves a range of services including reception and mail room, waste management, cleaning, security and catering.
