MAEL adds Trent 900 engines to A380 line maintenance capability

Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited (MAEL) announced that it has extended its line maintenance capabilities by gaining Airbus A380 Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine approval.

The new addition to MAEL’s capabilities has been approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and has been added to the Part 145 approvals. This allows MAEL to provide line maintenance support for operators with Airbus A380 Trent 900 engines at Birmingham Airport.
