The joint venture harnesses ISEO’s industrial know-how and Locken’s leading software and services expertise. It reflects Locken’s ambition to strengthen its leadership position in cable free access control solutions and the smart digital key market, while also offering complementary technologies.

Alongside its Electronic range, Locken will in May 2017 launch a new Mechatronic range of access control systems. The new Mechatronic range is based on contactless induction technology, providing maximum reliability and robustness while guaranteeing instant opening.

Thanks to a Bluetooth module and combined with Locken’s MyLocken applications, the mechatronic key opens up an infinite range of services for the user and the possibility to grant access rights to a user wherever he is at any moment. The mechatronic cylinders are installed without cabling, and are resistant to all climatic conditions.

Nick Dooley, Managing Director of Locken UK explained: “Locken is the leading developer and manufacturer of access management solutions for large single-site companies, multi-site and remote-site businesses. Based on unique access management software, a mobile application and a range of electronic and mechatronic keys and cylinders, the Locken solution is always improving to integrate the latest technologies.”
