Graham Peters and Ben Olivier elected to UKspace leadership roles
Graham Peters, Managing Director of Avanti Government Solutions and the current Chair of the European Affairs Working Group, has been elected Chair-elect of UKspace, the trade association of the UK space industry.
Graham Peters (above) will take up the two-year post from April 2018, taking over from Richard Peckham, who has led UKspace since March 2017.
Additionally, Ben Olivier, CEO Thales Alenia Space (UK), has been elected as Vice-Chair UKspace for the same period. It is the custom and practice in UKspace that the Vice-Chair will then assume the role of Chair for the following two years, from April 2020 to 2022.

I look forward to working closely with them as we continue our dialogue with ministers to secure the best possible outcome for the UK space sector and its place in a modern and forward looking national Industrial Strategy.”
