GomSpace selects IFS Applications 9
The fast-growing space company GomSpace has selected IFS Applications 9 to realise its ambitious growth targets.

GomSpace is a specialist in the development and production of nanosatellites. In the past few years the company has obtained a significant role in the commercialisation of nanosatellites worldwide. NASA and ESA are, among others, on the list of customers for GomSpace. Following the listing in 2016 on the Nasdaq First North Premier exchange under the ticker GOMX, and the resulting capital injection, the company is now prepared for even faster growth.
“Our sales in nanosatellites has increased by 73 percent during the last quarter, and business processes are becoming increasingly complex,” Niels Buus, CEO of GomSpace, said. “Therefore, we need a cross-disciplinary business solution to provide us with an overview of all processes in any project at any time. The rapid scalability of the solution and the deep industry experience of IFS were the decisive factors for choosing IFS and its business partner Curit. The IFS solution will support mission-critical processes such as product development, project-based production, supply chain management, HR and finance. IT consultancy Curit, part of the IFS Partner Network, is responsible for selling and implementing the solution.
