Domo Tactical Communications (DTC), the wireless communication specialist will be demonstrating the latest advances of their wireless Tactical IP Mesh systems at Milipol 2017, in Paris later this month (21-24 November).

DTC’s mission critical solutions share and communicate secure video, audio and data on land, in the water and in the air. DTC’s IP Mesh solutions serve the military and law enforcement market in response to the increasing requirement for real-time situational awareness.

Operation of high bandwidth microwave systems is challenging due to many factors including multipath propagation and antenna alignment. Communication links are often unreliable or insecure, consistent communication is critical but is often difficult to achieve.

DTC's High Data Rate (HDR) IP Mesh radios enable enhanced range, Non Line of Sight (NLOS) missions through use of COFDM waveforms which uses multipath to maximise transfer. DTC’s cutting-edge Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) Mesh radio solutions deliver ultra-low latency, narrow bandwidth, end-to-end encryption and are deployed globally in both rural and urban settings for Special Forces (SF), Counter Terrorism (CT) Units and Specialist Police Forces and public order situations.

DTC Mesh creates a fluid, self-forming, self-healing dynamic network which can handle multiple mobile or ‘on-the-move’ video streams. In this way, DTC Mesh offers dedicated, secure communications which are not reliant on shared infrastructure or public networks.
