CTC Aviation heads out on Direct Entry Pilot Recruitment Roadshows for Flybe
The Roadshows will take place at seven of Flybe’s base cities around the UK and Ireland starting later this month, visiting Belfast on 25th April; Birmingham 26th April; Glasgow 27th April; Manchester 28th April; Aberdeen 29th April; Dublin 2nd May and Edinburgh on 4th May.

Flybe has previously announced it is planning to recruit at least 120 new Commanders and First Officers as well as around 150 newly-qualified pilots during 2016 to support future growth plans.

Speaking at CTC Aviation’s Pilot Graduation Ceremony last December, Flybe CEO Saad Hammad highlighted the strong career trajectory opportunities for those now joining the airline: “Our pilots have the opportunity to move from turbo-props to jets, and those joining as newly-qualified First Officers could progress to command within three and a half to four years. There are also opportunities to become trainers or to join our management team.”
