Cornwall Space Cluster to showcase UKs space capabilities at NewSpace Europe 2018
The Cornwall Space Cluster will be demonstrating its world-leading capabilities to an international audience at the 2nd Annual NewSpace Europe 2018 conference, taking place at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) from 27th 28th November.. Cornwall is fast becoming the UK’s primary gateway into space, and Cornwall Space Cluster will be highlighting the research, development and innovation already underway within the region.
NewSpace Europe is the only annual space conference in Europe to focus solely on the economic opportunity of space. It’s hosted by the Luxembourg Space Agency, and this year’s theme will focus on ‘Breaking Barriers’; discussing how current barriers are being overcome in launch, remote sensing and the space-based economy.

Several businesses within the Cornwall Space Cluster will attend the conference to showcase their capabilities. Spaceport Cornwall (above) will also be on the stand, discussing plans to deliver the first horizontal launch Spaceport at Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Software development company, N-Coders, and award-winning cartographic design consultancy, Clear Mapping, will also be available to discuss the latest new technologies that are driving Cornwall to the forefront of aerospace and space.
