Aviation Skills Awards 2019 nominations now open

Posted on 29 January, 2019 by Advance

The Aviation Skills Partnership has opened the nominations process for its annual Aviation Skills Awards, which recognise achievement in six areas of aviation for aeroplane and rotorcraft people, at all stages in their careers.
The Aviation Skills Partnership (ASP) is asking for nominations of organisations, businesses or individuals involved in the rotorcraft or aeroplane sectors, for the Aviation Skills Awards 2019.

The Awards were launched in 2015 to ensure that skills achievements could be recognised in their own right and that the Aviation Skills Partnership's Pathways and Programmes would allow people the chance to achieve their goals.

There are two separate main categories across ASP's six areas of aviation, which include:

Professional Pilot

Air Traffic Control

Airport Operations

Operations

Cabin Crew

Aviation Engineering

The next Awards Ceremony will be held at the House of Commons on Tuesday 5th March 2019.
