TravelSky, the leading provider of information technology solutions for China’s air travel and tourism industry, provides airlines with a Passengers Service System (PSS). TravelSky is the fourth largest GDS (Global Distribution System) provider in the world, and the largest provider in China. ASM offers strategic consulting and planning services in marketing and route development to expand its clients’ air route networks and traffic volume.

With this new partnership in place, TravelSky will, by utilising its strengths in long-term good customer relations in the Chinese domestic market, increase the awareness of ASM’s services and products to new potential customers. In turn, ASM, combining their strengths in the overseas customer relation network and its professional experience in the industry’s data market globally, will introduce and recommend the market value, products and services of TravelSky to the international non-airline market.

David Stroud, Managing Director of ASM, commented: “This new agreement with TravelSky marks a great opportunity for both parties, our related products and technical capabilities will be able to create complementary advantages for our customers. We look forward to working with TravelSky to further develop our activities in China, and to better serve international airports, tourist authorities and cities that are looking to develop their air links with China.”

Lu Yan, General Manager of TravelSky Europe, commented: “By working in collaboration with ASM, we’ll now be able to support each other to build new customer relations and grow our customer base in the overseas market. Together we can provide in-depth analysis and applications for our customers to serve their distinct business demands.”

UK‐based ASM Ltd was founded in 1995 as the world’s first route development consultancy, which guides clients through the route development process; identifying potential new air services, preparing business cases and presentations, negotiating with airlines and ensuring new routes are sustainable.
