Dax is a specialist distributor of electronic and electro-mechanical components to the aerospace and defence industries. MD Alan Buck chose to relocate to Brockeridge Park due to its accessibility to motorway links in a rural setting.

The wider site benefits from ample car parking, good levels of security and 100Mbps leased line fibre supply, with the availability to go to 1 Gbps. Halls Commercial and John Ryde Commercial are marketing the remaining units at the Twyning office park, right beside junction 1 of the M50 and just two miles from junction 8 of the M5.

Now the original office project is almost full, owner Tiarks Property Developments have obtained planning permission for a second phase of the office development. Phase II will give occupiers the chance to either buy or rent from 3,676 sq ft up to 15,210 sq ft within two new courtyards Severn Court and Avon Court.

Halls partner Rob Champion said: “Brockeridge Park has loads to commend it: a tranquil and idyllic site that offers pretty much the only offices in the Tewkesbury area not amid industrial sheds yet with fantastic transport links and dedicated fibre broadband soon to be up to 1 Gbps.

“Phase 2 is a brilliant and relatively unique opportunity locally for small and medium sized businesses to specify and own their own purpose-built office buildings in a prime location.”
