The UK Quality Board are hosting an event to celebrate World Quality Week, promoting various topics of interest to quality professionals encompassing AI, quality excellence and organisational culture.

The morning session will focus on presentations and panels, while the afternoon session offers a wider conversation through networking and sharing of ideas highlighted in the morning during workshops.
Morning session
This session will discuss key issues facing the quality sector around:
- Enhanced value - New skills and new mindsets
- Quality 4.0: Quality assurance for the 21st century
- Quality Excellence - Enabling flight safety, sustainability, innovation and defence of our values.

Each topic will then be followed up with a panel session where questions can be put forward to the presenters.
Afternoon session
This session will look to provide a forum for attendees to network and discuss the topics presented at the morning session during a workshop.
The workshops will begin to help addressing issues in the three key themes of skills, digitalisation & journey to zero defect. The learnings from these sessions will help the quality board when they look to run the full day workshop for these topics at a later date.
During the afternoon sessions, attendees can opt for a “street stall” for their company in the networking area at the learning development centre. This will provide attendees with an opportunity to host a stall with detail and information of the companies they are representing and is also an opportunity for companies in the three theme areas to exhibit and network.
