Join the Defence Trade Office, British Embassy, Washington DC. for a series of briefings, pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings in person, on doing business with the US Department of Defense.
We will be accompanied by members of the International Prototyping & Experimentation Office, responsible for the Foreign Comparative Testing Program (FCT), a key route to contract for UK industry, resulting in over $3 billion in US DoD business won by UK companies. In addition to FCT, there will be representation from US Army, US Air Force, USSOCOM and the US Marine Corps, who'll be presenting their portfolios, outlining capability gaps, and discussing future technology requirements.
There will also be UK MOD representatives (US based) on hand to answer questions regarding defence market strategies and how to protect your intellectual property. We'll also have industry consultants there to share their knowledge and experience of doing business with the DOD.
Companies should ideally submit a Quad Chart (informational one pager) for review so we can make sure you get the opportunity to meet with the appropriate representative. This document and how to complete it will be sent to you once registered.
