ADS are seeking expressions of interest to exhibit on an ADS stand at the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2025.
ADS are opening up the expression of interest for 2025 prior to this year’s show so that organisations can plan and budget for their attendance at the show. We would like to gauge interest from members and the wider UK aerospace and interiors Industry in exhibiting as part of an ADS stand at AIX 2025. Whilst we are currently still in the planning phase, we are proposing a stand that will offer members a variety of options. The options being discussed are:
- Self-build – including access to a private meeting room (by pre-arrangement)
- Pod stand – including access to a private meeting room (by pre-arrangement)
- Sales material / brochure stand
- Inclusion on a logo wall on the ADS stand
ADS are engaging with the show organisers and by opening up the expression of interest early enough, we hope to confirm pricing within one-month following the 2024 show.
In addition to the stand, ADS will be engaging trade associations, OEMs and other customers to discuss engagement and networking opportunities, and will support its members at the show through the facilitation of various business development activities which include:
- Pre-arranged B2B opportunities with a set of various buyers present at the show
- Gain enhanced exposure to government officials & engagements with state owned airlines
- Benefit from valuable brand exposure on show floor and promotional materials
- Take advantage of personalized pre, onsite and post event management
- Access to a variety of events organised through Hamburg Aviation and other partners
