The ADS New Professionals Forum (NPF) is thrilled to launch its latest Lunch and Learn which will deep dive into secondments.
MBDA has been running its Secondment Programme with ADS for a number of years and in this Lunch and Learn session we hear from two participants: current Secondee Lindsay Murray, and previous Secondee Arjan Panesar.
Secondment programmes benefits the secondee by widening exposure to the external environment, which helps to build knowledge, experience and collaboration. This wider appreciation of the sector and contacts gained during their time will also ultimately benefit their originating organisation.
During the webinar we will discuss the pros and cons of secondments and the practicalities of securing one, for example how you can create a business case for your organisation.
Lindsay and Arjan will be talking about their time at ADS and Arjan will also advise what it’s like to return back after a secondment has finished.
