Our sectors must remain competitive in attracting talented, creative and inquisitive people across genders and backgrounds to be able to deliver on challenges such as decarbonization, combat air and cyber security.
ADS members are offering apprenticeships in record numbers and is something we’re celebrating during this week of National Apprenticeships Week 2022. There are many routes into our sectors and inclusivity and diversity initiatives, such as The Women in Defence Charter’s 30% by 2030, aims to improve access for all.
