With the relaxing of COVID-19 restrictions earlier this week, it was perfect timing for this year’s ADS Members BBQ.
After over a year of video calls and virtual events, we were delighted host a relaxed afternoon of face-to-face networking, where members enjoyed some BBQ food and drinks in the grounds of one of London’s top venues. 90 ADS guests were joined by 23 ADS colleagues. Sponsors for the evening were Astute Electronics Ltd.
“The event was booked up weeks in advance reflecting the desire for our members meet up with colleagues face to face for an informal networking event”, says Ashley Gasson ADS Director – Membership & Communications. “I am delighted to be able to welcome members back to this popular event and the weather looks like it’s going to be perfect too”.
Welcome introductions were made by ADS CEO Kevin Craven and Geoff Hill, Managing Director of Astute Electronics followed by a drinks reception and delicious BBQ food and plenty of time for networking.
It was fantastic to have the opportunity to meet so many members face-to-face and discuss challenges, opportunities, and how ADS can better support them in achieving their ambitions.
