Farnborough International Airshow 2024 UK Partnership Chalet Meeting Room and Reception

ADS is pleased to offer the hire of meeting rooms and presentation space in the UK Partnership Chalet. Offering seating for 6/8 people, (meeting room style), and 12/20 people, (boardroom style), the rooms are available to book Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30.

Refreshments, tea, coffee and water will be included in the package, additional catering can be arranged through our caterers at an extra cost. AV equipment can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Reception Hire

For larger groups of 30 and above, an area of the chalet’s exclusive Upper Deck is available to book for breakfast briefings from 08:30 – 10:30, or afternoon receptions from 15:00 – 17:00.

You can hire this area for £2,290*, with catering and AV available at an additional cost.

* All prices are exclusive of VAT and FIA trade visitor passes

** Half day times are: 08:30-12:30 or 13:30-17:30
